SALAMI SPECIALTY GOODS BACON PATTIES SAUSAGES

Devilled Sausages

 

  • 1 packet Blackball Salami Pork Sausages
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 T Dijon Mustard
  • 1 T Soy Sauce
  • 1 t Peanut Butter
  • 1 t Marmalade
  • 1 T Tomato Paste
  • 2 t Curry Powder (hot or mild depending on your taste)
  • 1 t brown sugar
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • ¾ cup water

 

Cook the sausages in a frying pan over a medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until just cooked through. Remove to a plate. Drain the oil from the pan, slice the sausages on an angle into large pieces and return to the pan along with the onion. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients and add to the sausages. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and cook on low for about a further 20 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans. Serves 6.
